Donal implements the development and execution of Cordovan’s value creation plans, with a particular focus on performance visibility, governance, and operational scaling capabilities. Working alongside both the investment team and portfolio company leadership, Donal plays a central role from company acquisition through to exit, ensuring a disciplined transition into active ownership and sustained delivery against investment theses.

Prior to joining Cordovan, Donal worked at EY, advising senior executives on strategy, transformation and execution across a range of sectors. He also spent time with Enterprise Ireland in the United States, supporting high-growth companies in their international expansion.

Donal holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and an MSc in Management from Queen’s University Belfast.
